The Howard County portfolio includes 19 projects across 11 sites in the region. The project sites are a combination of public and privately owned properties that when combined in a network, support the overall goals of Howard County.

The Scaggsville Public Safety Complex is county-owned, ballasted rooftop mount site within the Howard County portfolio. The building houses both fire and police.  Work was completed in 2023.

“The Howard County Power Purchase Agreement is the largest of its kind in the state. Through the PPA, CI Renewables will, at no cost to the County, construct, operate, and maintain the solar panels and associated solar energy generation equipment at its sole expense. These solar arrays will be throughout our community on both public and private land.
