EARLY STAGE DEVELOPMENT

Our project planning includes environmental and structural feasibility, analysis of electrical infrastructure and possible offtakers, design and engineering, and securing entitlements and permits at the local, state, and federal levels.

PROJECT FINANCING

We secure comprehensive project financing, as well as a detailed review of available grants and incentives. No capital is required by our offtakers or landlords.

COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS

We work with the property owner and/or offtaker to maximize the added value of the solar project. We customize our approach for every project – whether it be a land purchase, land/roof lease, PPA, or WMPA.

CONSTRUCTION & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Sound design, precise engineering, and quality construction are essential for optimal system performance. We manage the design, engineering, and entire construction process, including equipment selections and early procurement of long-lead items via system commissioning. Our team prides themselves on developing an intimate knowledge of each project, from commencement through to completion. Once construction is complete, we provide asset management and facility operations.

From initial feasibility and installation to operation and ongoing maintenance, we provide cost-effective energy solutions for both single and multi-array projects.
