The Howard County portfolio includes 19 projects across 11 sites in the region. The project sites are a combination of public and privately owned properties that when combined in a network, support the overall goals of Howard County. Over the lifetime of the project, this system will save the county over $30,000,000 in energy costs.

Varying from government office buildings and secure locations to agricultural and landfills, the project sites are distinctly different from one another. Project capacities range from .043MW to 2.9 MW, resulting in maximizing the electricity being produced at long term savings to the customer. By using a combination of virtual and distributed net metering, CI Renewables was able to help Howard County to meet its target renewable energy goals.
