Olivia represents the next generation of clean energy leadership—bringing sharp technical insight and innovative thinking to CI Renew's project development efforts. Since joining CI full-time in 2024, she has led pipeline development, policy research, and coordination between engineering, permitting, and land use teams.

Focused primarily on the initial stages of project development, from scoping and design to engineering, Olivia ensures that new ventures align with CI Renew's commitment to delivering high-performance solar solutions. Her fieldwork includes site visits, stakeholder engagement, and feasibility analysis. She also supports internal hiring and partnership efforts, contributing to the company's expansion and community presence.

Olivia's journey in the renewable energy sector began during her studies at Lafayette College, where she majored in integrative engineering and focused on the environment and energy. Her academic background, which includes work on a comprehensive carbon neutrality plan for Lafayette's Metzgar Fields, informs a multidisciplinary approach to addressing complex energy challenges.
