As the connective tissue behind CI Renews' brand presence, communications strategy and operational culture, she is responsible for shaping how the company shows up: to its clients, partners, employees, and communities. Towards this goal, she leads marketing, communications, partnerships, HR, and community engagement—ensuring the company's internal strength matches its external impact.

Before joining CI, Mary worked in Development and Alumni Relations at Johns Hopkins University, where she managed high-profile events and advanced internal HR initiatives. She also served as a pension analyst at the American Federation of Musicians and Employers Pension Fund in New York.
