The Peapack project was built on land leased by CI Renewables (formerly known as KDC Solar) PFI LLC. The power generated by the solar array makes the adjacent pharmaceutical facility reach ~90% net zero. This project included a mixture of central and distributed inverter architecture as well as a nearly 1,000 linear foot direction drill under environmentally sensitive areas to the point of interconnection. The project achieved commercial operations in October 2016.
